Partner with us

Your business could help us make a real difference in the local community.

The support of local businesses is vital to the running of our foodbank. We’d love your business to help us tackle food poverty on your doorstep. There are lots of ways to get involved, from volunteering with us as a team building activity, to sharing your expertise.

  • Become a basket Champion by having a food collection basket in your offices and encourage staff to donate food.
  • Organise a fundraising event to help make sure that no-one has to go hungry.
  • Give a gift from your company
  • Sponsor or donate equipment to help with the day-to-day running of the foodbank.
  • Hold a team building day – volunteer with us and see how many food donations your team can sort and pack for people in crisis.

If your company shares our belief that no-one should go hungry in our local area, we would love to hear from you.

Please contact us to find out more about getting involved.

Our current partners include:

Watermill Press have been faithfully supporting our food bank over many years which has enabled us to keep running and feed nearly 5000 people last year.

Sovereign Healthcare have very generously donated £3000 towards the running costs of our food bank. It costs £30,000 a year to run so this is very appreciated. If your company would like to donate please contact us.

Tesco on Valley Road are a brilliant support – give Tracy, their community Champion, a pat on the back when you see her as she does loads to help us. We have a collection basket in store in which shoppers can leave their food donations. Tesco also donates 35p for every kilo donated to Trussell Trust which the majority of this gets passed on to us as a local Foodbank.

XPO Logistics are based in Bradford and we are their charity of the year for 2019. They are so generous with food donations and other practical support and also paid for our signs.

The Light Church generously hosts Bradford Central Foodbank and provides the warehousing, office space and cafe space for free.

Morrisons, Farmers Boy have been so generous to us, giving us fresh pies for our cafe so our families can have a hot meal everyday. This is so needed and we are really grateful.
