What postcodes do we cover?

If you live in BD1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 or 14 then we can help you! If you live in another postcode please click here so you can see which Foodbank covers your postcode.

When / where to come

You can come and collect your parcel on Tues, Wed & Fri between 11 and 2 from Jubilee Centre, Jermyn Street, BD1 4EJ. We have undertaken a Public Area Risk Assessment Covid 2020 to make Foodbank a safe environment for you to visit. If you have a medical reason we might be able to deliver the parcel to your home – please let your referral agency know.

Please try not to arrive at the centre without being referred if you can, we of course want to be able to help you and we will do what we can, but ideally we need a referral either from the Job Centre, or with an E-voucher code that you bring with you.

Meeting your needs

Your foodbank voucher will be exchanged for three days of emergency food. We want to make sure that we give you the right food to meet your needs, so please do let our volunteers know if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies, for example, gluten free, halal or vegetarian.

Practical guidance and support

Foodbank volunteers take the time to listen and support you. They are specially trained to know about local services and offer practical guidance so that you have access to the right support, helping you to break out of crisis.
